Health Data Tools
Data from the WTC Health Registry 2003/2004 baseline survey are now available through the Health Department's user-friendly EpiQuery system.
Users can quickly and easily search for survey data based on enrollee demographic, eligibility category, type of exposure on 9/11 or WTC-related health condition. Identifying data are grouped together to protect enrollees' confidentiality.
Users can also download a survey dataset. Only certain variables are included to protect enrollees’ confidentiality. See the Codebook PDF Document (Reader Required; Click to Download)  for these indicators. See the Data File User's Manual  PDF Document (Reader Required; Click to Download)  for a complete list of variables.
When downloading survey data, please be sure to click on "Save" to save it to your computer. Don’t select "Open."
