It's RecycleMania!!
RecycleMania is a friendly competition for college and university recycling programs to promote waste reduction activities. During the 10-week competition, you can check updates on how YSU is doing in comparison to other schools at http://www.recyclemaniacs.org/Results.aspx. TRASH BASH Recycled Fashion Show
Get involved, Be creative, Create awareness and Have fun!!  Teams competing in the Trash Bash will design and make "clothes" to be displayed during the Recycled Fashion Show on March 26th.  The fashion project can use anything destine for either the trash can or recycling bin.

Department Mission Statement: The Department's primary missions are to prepare undergraduate students for productive professional careers in geology, earth science, and environmental science, and to prepare graduate students for leadership roles in environmental research and management. We also provide general education courses that help the public make intelligent policy decisions on energy, natural resources, waste mangement, geologic hazards, climate change, and other related issues that affect society. Finally we support undergraduate, graduate, and faculty research, which advances knowledge in our disciplines.
